One of the few remaining original cottage on the bluff. Excellent lake view from high above the comotion of beach people. Large rear private deck with hot tub, large rear fenced yard great for visiting pets or children. Soaker tub with standup sower, king bed in the master bedroom, queen in a second bedroom and one single in the thrid bedroom. Foldout single in the living room and foldout double in the sunroom.

Your weekly furnished rental term includes:

• Wifi (use your own Netflix)
• Barbeque with full propane tank
• Kayaks, padal boats and bicycles are available
• Wood for the firepit
• Hot tub (Available from June 1st until January 1st)

Optional Upgrades:

Pricing:

Mid-week Booking:

Mid-weeks are half the rate of a weekend, and check in is Tuesday at 3 PM until Friday at 9 AM. 

Mid-week Days:

Mid-week days may be added to either end of your stay at a rate of $150/day.

Statutory Holiday:

There is a $150 surcharge for statutory holidays/weekends.

Succeeding Weeks:

There is a $150 discount for succeeding weeks.

A $500 deposit is required to make a reservation.

An email transfer is best and will automatically lock your requested dates. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel atleast 60 days prior to your confirmation date. Balance of your rent payments must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your occupancy date. Once confirmation is made, your deposit becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded to you within 7 days after your stay.
