This is a furnished executive four bedroom home on three levels with 3 additional beds set up in basement.

Bright, modern open-concept living room/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has most of the needed items but please bring any specialty items you may require. All the appliances including A dishwasher, and a washer and dryer Just off the kitchen. The Cottage has central air, and has Wi-Fi.

Immense rear yard which backs on to the river, large, private patio and pool area with landscaping and pond.

Ample parking, but also an interior garage with automatic door available if required for $100/week for summer rentals or $100/month for off-season rentals.

This cottage have three single bed, two double beds and two queen-size beds.

Your weekly furnished rental term includes:

• Wifi (use your own Netflix)
• Barbeque with full propane tank
• Kayaks, padal boats and bicycles are available
• Wood for the firepit
• Hot tub (Available from June 1st until January 1st)

Optional Upgrades:

Pricing:

Mid-week Booking:

Mid-weeks are half the rate of a weekend, and check in is Tuesday at 3 PM until Friday at 9 AM. 

Mid-week Days:

Mid-week days may be added to either end of your stay at a rate of $175/day.

Statutory Holiday:

There is a $175 surcharge for statutory holidays/weekends.

Succeeding Weeks:

There is a $175 discount for succeeding weeks.

A $500 deposit is required to make a reservation.

An email transfer is best and will automatically lock your requested dates. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel atleast 60 days prior to your confirmation date. Balance of your rent payments must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your occupancy date. Once confirmation is made, your deposit becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded to you within 7 days after your stay.
