Bright, modern open-concept living room/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has most of the needed items but please bring any specialty items you may require. All the appliances including A dishwasher, and a washer and dryer Just off the kitchen. The Cottage has central air, and has Wi-Fi.

Immense rear yard which backs on to the river, large, private patio and pool area with landscaping and pond.

Ample parking, but also an interior garage with automatic door available if required for $100/week for summer rentals or $100/month for off-season rentals.

This cottage have three single bed, two double beds and two queen-size beds.

Your weekly furnished rental term includes:

• Wifi (use your own Netflix)
• Barbeque with full propane tank
• Wood for the firepit
• Kayaks, padal boats, and bicycles are available in the summer
• Hot tub (Available from April 1st until November 1st)

Optional Upgrades:

• Linen service: $175/stay.
  Bedsheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
• Parking: 10$ / Vehicle / Stay.
  Each parking pass provides free parking in the village, and at Main Beach. 
• Inn on the Harbour: 10% Discount 
  When booked within same dates and by the same payment terms of your cottage rental.
• Catering from Telegraph House Restaurant. (Custom Menu).

Pricing:

Mid-week Booking:

Mid-weeks are half the rate of a weekend, and check in is Tuesday at 3 PM until Friday at 9 AM.
A 5PM Monday check-in is available for an additional $175.

Mid-week Days:

Mid-week days may be added to either end of your weekend stay at a rate of $175/day. 

Statutory Holiday:

There is a $175 surcharge for statutory holidays/weekends.

Succeeding Weeks:

There is a $175 discount for succeeding weeks.

A $500 deposit is required to make a reservation.

 An email transfer to  rent3000@sympatico.ca  is best and will automatically book your available dates as per the calendar below. This is an autodeposit enabled account, so no password is necessary. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel atleast 60 days prior to your check-in date. Balance of your rent payments must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your check-in date. Once your application is accepted, your deposit becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded to you within 7 days after your stay, provided no damages incurred.
